As part of a joint venture, Omega Oil and Gas required a short, impactful executive summary to accompany three confidential tender bids to the Queensland Government. Because this document was an optional appendix rather than a formal government requirement, it needed to be highly engaging to capture attention on its own merits. The primary challenge was to clearly communicate the venture's complex geographical data and future plans to key decision-makers without the presentation becoming visually overwhelming.
The Solution
We developed a clean and straightforward layout, thoughtfully designed as a flexible template to efficiently accommodate each of the three separate bids. A major focus of the project was translating Omega’s intricate operational maps and future acreage plans into simplified, highly readable visual assets. By keeping the overall styling minimal and professional, we ensured the complex data remained the focal point, resulting in a clear and compelling document that strongly supported the joint venture's bid.
